Final Reflection Green Club

The Green Club is a project which I have enjoyed very much. This activity has made me more aware about how, even though by doing something which at first glance seems insignificant such as recylcling paper, actually can impact our community. Being a member of the green club has made me more aware of how important taking care of our environment is. This is what I belive to be the most important acquisition I get from taking part in this activity.

Nevertheless, it is true that the activity ended rather drastically, right after the first school year. I think this was a bad idea because it was a valuable activity which benefited us all and the community. However, I agree that at the time we decided to close down the activity, all of us members were under a great pressure due to the sudden rush of workload. I was also very stressed and supported the idea of ending with the green club. Still, looking back, I would not have decided to close the organic farm.

I would have made things differently if I could go back. In the first place I would like to be more engaged in the project, not just a normal member and work harder for the environment, not just picking up the paper trash on thursdays but also participating in different activities such as talking to children at my school for example what are we doing and how can they help the environment too, in order to benefit my school community with the activity.
