Reflection - Bow shooting

I am going to start a new activity, bow shooting. This is a sport which in the past I have not really liked or felt enthusiastic about. However, I was looking for some sport to do in order to leave my stress there and be mroe balanced. Recently, my hairdresser who loves any kind of sports imaginable started talking to me about bow-shooting, or archery, and how fantastic it was. He explained to me that you had to develop a complete control over all of your body muscles and an amazing coordination in order to shoot properly. He was so enthusiastic about it I decided to give it a go. I have watched some videos already and it does not feel very interesting yet but I hope things will turn all right once I start with the archery course. I will go during two weekends, a total of 4 days and a total of approximately 24 hours in a beginner's course. The archery club where I will be going is my hairdresser's and he says the man who will teach us is incredible and that I will be able to learn a lot from him. Let's see if all of that is true!

In this activity, my goal is to achieve the following outcomes:

1. Undertaken new challenges.

2. Increased awareness of strengths and areas of growth.

8. Developed new skills.
